Frequently asked questions.
1. May I order a product / service for another person?

Naturaly you can. But before this, note the difference
between a "Shopper" and a "Recipient" of an order.
A Shopper is the person who places the order and pays for it. The Recipient
may be the Shopper himself or an other person.
When a NEW User shows interest to buy something for the first time,
then only for this first time,
he is prompted to give personal details, to whome the billing invoice
will be issued. For future times when he/she buyes from the same store-front
or from another in this application, his e-mail address and his password
(written by the shopper the first time he was registered) will be sufficient
for recognition.
Now back to the tittle question. |
If the Shopper (who is the person who pays) wishes to buy for another, for
example as a gift, only then he has to fill-out the right column with the details
of the Recipient (see picture above), the one who will receive the goods or
will be notified about the service (gift). As long as the Recipient and the Shopper are identical, the right
column needs to be left blanc.
After this page the procedure continues in secure payment environment (SSL). Before clicking
on the button "Continue" you should select the preferable currency
Greek drahmae, Euro or US dolars, as well as the most preferable method of payment
(of course when the shop offers more than one alternatives), for example credit-card,
or bank deposit or payment upon receipt. At this moment the content of the basket
is set, in its final form and synthesis, the Shopper and the Recipient are known,
and you are one step before the actual submission of your confirmed order.
2. When is actually sumbitted my order?
After clicking on the button "Continue" in the previous form, appears
the final page (below) with your goods under order and their cost. Now except
of their actual value, the shipment expenses if applicable are shown. After
this page, when clicking on the button "Accept and Order", the actual
submission of your order takes place, directed to the enterprise responsible
for the store-front. Filoxenia and ads-in-greece are informed too.

This page is a copy of invoice for your reference, followed
by the addresses of the Shopper and possibly of the Recipient (when
he is different) to whom the products or services belong.
Beneath the addresses the credit card part and details of the Shopper
are visible. The whole procedure is
in secure payment environment (SSL). This means that the card details are transmitted encrypted. After
clicking on the buton "Accept and Order" the actual submission
of the order takes place.
Follows a thanking message page, while
automatically you will receive a message as Shopper, sent to the e-mail
address you have written as a confirmation that your order has been
received.

At this stage your order submission has been completed and the real enterprise
is notified to start processing it.
It is important to note that if the Recipient is another person, then if he
has an e-mail address he will be notified to receive his gift and if, within
some days wishes to change it, he may do so in communication with the enterprise.
If you are a Shopper and you prefer to offer more flexibility to the Recipient,
you may send him a gift certificate instead of gift. Its more flexible as he/she
has the choice.
3. After how long shall I receive my
ordered items?
If items are services then there may not be any delivery included. Because
the products in most cases belong to independent enterprises we inform you that:
1) Your delivery is forwarded your order in less than
24 hours for processing. Naturally products and services presented is
most probable that are available on demand, there are cases when some may be
out of stock. 2) If out of stock then a new will have
to be ordered for you. Count in also the post office delay for delivery
3) Post Office procedure.
So the total time interval to deliver goods is the sum of the three above intervals,
that is: Énternal processing + availability in stock + Post Office.
In case you have ordered more than one items delivered together, each one with
different availability then the total time interval needed for the items to
be in your hands is determined from the one with the longest delay in its availability.
The shipment (delivery) is made by the Hellenic Post office (Greek Post), as
REGISTERED PACKAGE, except of the following exceptions:
- If the User is in a hurry and requests (by e-mail) sent to ads-in-greece,
thet the item should rather be sent by courier company (faster), then it is
done so, provided that the Shopper or the Recipient guarantee that they will
bear the extra cost of such way of delivery.
- In case the item is a heavy object,it is possible to select a specialized
shipment and transport company instead of the Post office, always with the
lowest rate available.
- Deliveries of services are either simultaneous with the order, or delivered
as above or sent to the appropriate place convenient for you.
