Frequently asked questions.
1. Part of the screen. How can I locate a product/service?

The left picture shows the active parts of the screen.
On the left column (1) are the categories of products / services of
the e-store. The same are visible also as images (5) in the middle of
the page. To locate something, either select one category from the left
column or just click on ts image.
Selection of language (if this store supports both
languages is made by clicking on one of the two flags (2)
left side of the bar.
You may return to ads-in-greece or to Filoxenia by clicking on the logo,
top-left corner of the page, while the (3) is the logo of the enterprise
who maintains the e-store front.
The buttons (4) are for navigation. It appears in every page and contains
the following: 1) "Products" = A list of items
belonging to this category. 2) "Search" = Location of a certain
product / service regardless of category, by means of keywords. 3) "Basket" = It is the content
of your "cart" that is your shoppings at any moment. 4) "Checkout"
= The payment procedure for the things you plan to order, when you think
that you have finished. |
2. How can I get all details about a product / service?
No matter in which page you are in, by clicking on the button "Products"
you are linked to a page with a complete listing in the specific category. The
title of each product, as well as its thumbnaile image are links to a page of
details in reference to this item, with description and its photo.

Except of the tittle and its price, for each product /
service appear also in the page: 1) A selection field (small square
to be checked, you wish to place this item in the shopping basket).
20 Small rectangle field where you may write the number pieces of the
same product if you need more than one (default value is 1).
To
place one or more items in the basket, a) You check in
the square and b) you simply accept or change the number
in the rectangle for the quantity.
As soon as you finish with your selection, you you
click on the button "Add to basket".

No problem at all if you place one or more items in the basket,
while you are not sure yet if finally you will decide to order
them or not. At this step you are not yet in the actual "ordering
phase". You will have the chance later to alter the
quantities again, recalculate the basket's value, drop-out
products for which you have changed your mind etc, before you are
linked to the actual confirmation and ordering page.
